Job Responsibilities:
? Formulate overseas business development plan to establish and maintain overseas clients’ relationship, such as QFII introduction;
? Introduce internationalized varieties participation ways and trading rules like China's crude oil and iron ore to overseas clients, including banks, funds, brokers, dealers, traders, etc;
? Organize overseas recommendations’ activities, design and distribute brochures on Futures, Asset Management as well as business negotiation;
? Coordinate and communicate with headquarters, update market dynamics and policy to clients.
Requirements:
? Priority for overseas academic background practitioners;
? Retain good interpersonal relationships and high net worth institutional clients resources in mainland, Hong Kong and overseas;
? Assist clients to communicate and coordinate with mainland institutions and exchanges;
? Have a sound knowledge on global investment markets;
? Familiar with overseas clients trading habits, requirements, and the domestic futures market laws and regulations;
? Ability to perform tasks assigned by leaders independently, teamwork spirit and strong ability to resist pressure;
? A strong command of spoken Putonghua is a MUST and other Chinese dialect and slang is INDISPENSABLE;
? Provide advice to Management regarding internal control and Anti-money Laundering and Counter-financing Terrorism(AML/CFT) issues;
? Under full compliance, assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing operations so as to increase customer base;
? Able to attend work in flexible timing and be proactive at work;
? Have a strong marketing sense;
? Conduct market research and analysis on PRC financial market and prepare periodic reports to management;
? Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned;
? Work with the management to develop sales and marketing strategies to drive business expansion and enhance market share.

Job Title：Dealer / Senior Dealer (Night Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
? Trade execution in Global Futures and Options / US equities and Option and OTC Markets;
? Perform execution for retail and institutional clients in a professional and timely manner;
? Assist in performing day-end processing for trade reconciliation and settlement;
? Perform day-to-day trade surveillance and transaction monitoring work;
? Monitor clients' risks and perform risk control;
? Support system testing and UAT, ad hoc projects when required.
? Shift Allowance will be offered.
Requirements:
? Holder of SFC Type 2 (Dealing in futures contracts) licence and Type 1 (Dealing in securities) licence is a must;
? 1-2 years of relevant experience;
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented with good communication skills;
? Possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
? Willing to work on Hong Kong public holidays;
? Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Dealer;

Responsibilities:
? Prepare financial and management reports and regulatory reports (FRR);
? Perform daily monitoring and reporting of the liquid capital according to the FRR;
? Assist in preparation of monthly budget, interim and annual preparation;
? Participate in formulation and execution of accounting guidelines, policies and procedures;
? Review internal controls and implement work process improvement;
? Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary.
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines;
? Minimum 5 year’s working experience in securities firms or licensing corporations;
? CPA holder will be an advantage;
? Attention to details, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills;

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for providing user support to our clients particularly for Mainland clients;
? Able to work independently and gradually be able to handle more server / network related support;
? Provide helpdesk support to clients through phone call and email and onsite break fix support to clients;
? Provide 24-hour IT support for clients;
? Able to formulate IT guidelines, contingency plans and policies;
? Responsible for server administration, POS system, Door Security System, CCTV system, etc;
? Perform ad-hoc accounting projects where necessary.
Requirements:
? Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines;
? Minimum 5-year working experience in securities firm or IT corporation;
? Responsible for infrastructure on system software;
? Responsible for coordinating with Headquarter and organizing IT seminars for both local and Mainland clients;
? A strong command of spoken Putonghua is a MUST and other Chinese dialect and slang is INDISPENSABLE;
? Familiar with electronic trading systems such as Esunny, RMM Soft, 2 Go, MT4, CQG, etc;
